Policy On Defective Product 

We only exchange goods if they are defective. In circumstances where you consider that a product that you received is defective you should promptly contact us at 1 (866) 900-6366 with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider to be defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period time whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the declared defect. If you are eligible we will send you a replacement product. 

Shipping charges for all items being exchanged must be prepaid and insured by you or returned directly to our HO. You are responsible for any loss during the return shipment.
